Hi since 2-3 months m feeling stiffness and strain in my trapezius muscle to all the way up to my neck on the right side only I have done physiotherapy regular but no relief nd there's a scapula retracting sound too. But that stiffness nd tightness is very uncomfortable please suggest something.
