Hello doctors, I have sleep apnea with recently suspected narcolepsy with sleep paralysis. I am 28 years old and really tired. Because I can't find a proper sleep study clinic in ahmedabad. I wanted to check up for narcolepsy in sleep study clinic. Nor, I can find proper treatment for it. I take modafinil 100 mg everyday in morning but still I have daytime sleepiness which is so terrible that I cannot do anything. I am taking cpap machine since 1 year now but still not feeling well. Please help me.
