I got tiny red pimples on my whole body and got red big bumps on my penis. I got this infection from my brother who already had skin infection, I had liver infection digestion and stomach related issue also. Doctor advice me tablet and cream, domperidone, prednisone, roxithromycin and cream clobetasol propionate neomycin sulphate, is this cream a good for my infection as almost all my tiny pimples are gone now but that bumps on my penis is not vanishing? I am applying cream from 10 days? When I will be all normal like before for permanently? Tell me what precautions I should take?
