Maintaining good oral hygiene like rinsing ur mouth after every meal c that food is not getting stucked somewhere in between teeth and through visit to the dentist for cleaning of ur teeth for not tartar accumulation, cleaning twice in a year since there r hidden areas in the mouth where food gets accumulated, not taking citrus content food which erodes enamel , not chewing bones in case of non veg eaters, but placing pins or sharp objects in between the teeth to remove any food stuff which damages the gums by creating gaps, do not open bottle caps with teeth, proper brushing technique, do not eat freezed food, change your tooth brush every 3 mnths though its nise , don't keep on changing your toothpaste, use medium bristle tooth brush, when u face any teeth problem visiting the dentist immediately instead of doing home remedies or going to pharmacy and taking any medicine without prescription.
