I'm 17 years old female. I have a small thyroid lump in my neck. I've been advised by my doctor to wait for a year to see if there is an increase in the size. It's almost a year and my thyroid has increased a tiny bit. Also from past a month I have been noticing blood in my stools also with excessive pain and constipation. Please suggest me what do I do? Thank you.

Dear lybrate-user, immediately consult a general physician for your problems with all your medical reports. Passage of hard stools can cause rectum to bleed. Hence stool softeners and laxative medication like dulcolax suppository or tablet should be effective. But I would still advice you to consult your physician to rule out other disorders.
