Dear sir my tsh 8.3 and free t3 & free t4 as well as t3 t4 normal but before 10 month anti tpo autoimmune is 625, so what to suggest about it, currently m taking thyronorm 25 mcg, but some time feeling lazy and tire as well as moodless, pls reply sir.

You need to increase the dose of thyronorm in consultation with your treating doctor.I think 12.5 mcg increase will solve your problem.

Hello, thanks for the query. With treatment (on 25 mcg per day of levothyroxine) tsh should be around 3 to 4 mu/l. Since it is 8.3 mu/l means your hypothyroidism is not in control. There is a need to increase the dosage by 12.5 mcg per day, then check tsh again after 6 weeks to see if desired level has been achieved. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks,
