Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Please let me know the following: 1) how long you have been having diabetes? 2) what are the current hba1c% as well as fasting and pp glucose levels? 3) dosage of the drugs being taken and serum creatinine and urea levels. In person with long standing diabetes peripheral neuropathy is a very common complication. It is observed even in patients having a fairly well controlled glucose level. Another aspect even low b12 level and low vitamin d can add to the existing neuropathy. So you need to take necessary supplements to increase the b12 & d3 levels. Plus drug/s to control neuropathic symptoms. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. So my suggestion is please come back with all the above details in a private conversation then I will be able to give specific guidance and even prescribe necessary medication. Or else please do consult your local physician and get necessary treatment. Do not wait too long. Thanks.Â
