Hi, sudden withdrawal may cause withdrawal symptoms which are worse in initial 2-3 days, later you may experience recurrence/exacerbation of symptoms of disease you were consulting for. Dear lybrate-user, nothing worse will happen. Your original complaints may return, if you are not fully treated or you have not found alternate methods of treatment like therapy. It is better to withdraw one of the drug in nexito forte (clonazepam) first and then escitalopram (available as plain nexito - not forte)
