Dear Jayant, Pulse rate at any given time depends on many factors. Please check the sleeping pulse rate. If it is high, inform the doctor and she/he will investigate you for other causes. It may not be due to these tablets. Dose change when needed, your doctor will do it.

Go for therapy along with medicine.

High pulse rate is common autonomic symptom for anxiety. You need a beta blocker if so. Consult your psychiatrist, he will do the needful. The medicines you are already taking do not control this aspect of anxiety. Good luck.

Increased pulse rate seems to be a part of your anxiety and not side effects of the medications. Your prescription needs modifications according to your present symptom of tachycardia.
