Hello, thanks for the query. Please let me know whether I am answering a male or female? Because the name says lybrate-userand in the information it is saying male. Both fasting & pp are too high, suggesting present treatment is not adequate, needs to be updated. Therefore to help updating I need to know the following: age, current fasting, pp glucose, hba1c%, lipid profile, serum creatinine, urea, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It is better if you come in a private conversation (paid consultation), then I will be able to give specific guidelines and even prescribe necessary drugs. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines but no prescriptions are allowed as no drugs can be recommended. I hope you are aware in a well controlled diabetes patient fbg should be < 100 mg, pp 150 1to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6/5%. It is essential to keep glucose under control in order to prevent diabetes related long term complications. Thanks.
