I'm 22. I constantly feel my face size of extremely small in comparison to my height which is nearly 6'1" how could I possibly mitigate this issue. I'm also a skinny fat person. Is this had to do with this. Will doing resistance training along with excessive calorie consumption help in increasing my face size.
