I'm in transition time i'm doing the it work on the night shift since 5 months. I used to do the work in a day shift for 2.7 years before this new job. Currently, after work hours I still think about work, will get anxious thoughts of work until I log in again plus won't get relax sleep. I hesitate & fear to speak with manager (internally I feel like I lacks of practical knowledge / sometimes boring / fear of judgement). Sometimes I do lacks concentration. Mind goes in a thoughts (meaning I feel like thoughts/ day dreaming/ living in my head will have a good life than the current reality). Please suggest to me what should I change in me to overcome these. I intend to thrive in every area of life but my current reality is the above i've described. I need a guidance.
