I am a chronic depression patient since last 10 years. Currently taking paroxetine 50 mg, lamictal 200 mg and buspin 10 mg. I have tried different combinations and finally paroxetine and lamictal combination eased my depression to 50 percent. In particular adding lamictal to paroxetine helped me a lot which paroxetine alone could nt help much. My main problems are short term memory issues, slowed down thinking and grasping. experiencing severe erection problem and lack of orgasm. Orgasm in the sense lack of ejaculation in sex. Initially I used for almost 3 years but I never faced sexual problems, but it did nt help me much items of depression so switched to paroxetine. I don't want to change this combination but suggest any add on medication that can help me out.
