Dear Dr. I am 3 months pregnant n suffering from migraine pain but also from prior pregnancy now it due to headache I frequently use crocin advance if not okay than I used it three times a day alternatively sometimes it's due to stress n sometimes acidity n sometimes without reason so I want to use proper medication not crocin because only sometimes it's worked, so kindly prescribe safe medicine for headache relief I am so much fadeup with this.
