Can you please advise on how to increase the dose and when?

Hello Vanshika... The doctor who is treating the patient is competent enough to adjust the dosage of the antidiabetic medicines... Better let him handle the case... For second opininon you can consult with full case details as in such cases we cannot suggest treatment on random basis.
