Ideally fbg should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <6.5%. So there is a need to look at your dietary pattern, extent of exercise, weight control and drug treatment. With a bmi of 27.34 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter) you are already quite overweight. Your ideal body weight should be about 59 to 60 kgs. That shows there is an excess of over 10 kgs.
