Please read my mri report I have hip & leg joint pain its shuffle right and left also lower back pain from months. Please see medicine also I am taking. Please help. I am student. Mri report: a plain Mr. of the pelvis with both hips was performed. Both si joints are abnormal, showing articular margin erosions and subarticular sclerosis, left more than right. Marrow edema is seen on the right. Diffuse cartilage thinning is seen in the right hip joint, with erosions and marrow edema and mild effusion. The left hip joint is normal. The pubic symphysis shows altered subarticular signal, with abnormal signal of the right pubic bone as well. The right ischium shows abnormal signal on the stir images extending into the hamstrings. The lower facet joints show abnormal signal. The right posterosuperior iliac spine also shows abnormal signal. The rest of the bones and soft tissues are normal.
