I am 40 years old and my uterus is bulky in size it measures 11 cm in longitudinal axis, 7.9 cmin a.p and 8.5 cm in transverse and also multiple fibroids are noted in uterus ,largest near fundus measures 3.8 �3.9 cms and posterior wall measures 4.3�3.7 cms. Endometrial canal is distorted by fibroids and it measures 7.7 mm near fundus and I was suggested sevista 60 mg for the problem before operation. Is it right to take the sevista 60 mg for this problem. Please advice can this be curable with the help of medicine or I have to go for hysterectomy.
