Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. However, there is no mention about actual blood glucose levels like fbg, pp & hba1c%, lipid profile, plus weight, height, dietary details and extent of daily exercise being done. Without these details it is difficult to suggest any medication for diabetes. The medications already prescribed are the ones which are being often used in us. There are cheaper medications available even in us which are comparatively older drugs. Since there is no necessary information plus no place of residence is mentioned, difficult understand. The situation in detail. Plus in this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. That can be done only when you come in a private conversation with all the above details. Thanks.
