Hello doctor, I have rosacea and my face just turns red and feels hot including my nose but sometimes after 4-5 days it remains calm for other 5-6 days then returns. Sir/mam first when I used brimonidine my face remains clear for first 5 days but after that dryness patches starts occurring and hot flushing become more frequent. My dermatologist is not currently available for some weeks should I use brimonidine or reduce its usage or cut it?

If you cut the usage complete ly, rebound flares will occur better to use less frequently and avoid triggers. Don't use perfume or scented soap, don't rub your skin or use extremes of water. Avoid spicy foods and emotional outbursts. Use a good sunscreen till your dermatologist is back.
