Dear user, please do not start any allopathic or ayurvedic medication without approval from his pediatrician as it may have some interaction with the drugs he is currently on. It is better to always get him examined by the treating doctor and they can decide if they have to start any medication. Thee drugs to be started have to be carefully checked by the pediatrician before administering. Incase of a new drug causing interactions with the other drugs that are being consumed, the doctor has to be alert so he will have a remedy standby. Hence I would suggest you to consult the child's doctor before starting any medication. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Hello, since the condition is mild case right now it is highly possible to resume all the functions if good amount of therapy and parenting is done. He should be started on speech therapy as well as special education right now. As far as medicines are concerned you may try homeopathy or any other alternative system of medications since no medications have been systematically studied and proved to be beneficial in autism. You can also take him to occupational therapist for sensory integration.

Kindly follow the advise of your child psychiatrist, give intensive occupational therapy and speech therapy. It is called multimodal approach. There is no fast cure or change with so called advertised products. Follow evidence based medicine and don't play woth your child s life. Good luck.
