Hi doctors, I am 23 years old male. I have belly fat, man boobs, skin issue like black colored thighs, red rashes on belly stomach, legs and hand. I am using the cream called 'clotrimazole'which is advised by doctors. But sometimes I feel itchy and black color in thighs are not changing. How should I over come all these? What is the solution?
