I am 37 years old, underwent c section 10 months back, now had uti and got cured through homeopathy medicines, it was because of dehydration. But after this I make it a habit to drink water plenty but often my mouth gets dried and I urinate, I have no history of diabetes but now I wonder it could be the sign of diabetes, other than these I do not have any other symptom. What could be the issue?
