Sir I feel itching underneath of the eyes, even I applied flucort h, salobet ointment but I find no relief kindly suggest me a medicine to cure irritation from my face.

Itching under eyes may be due to dryness of skin. Can occur after the age of forty. Rubbing will only aggravate it and can also cause sagging of skin and may cause the lids to turn inward or outward. This will lead to more problems. So stop rubbing the skin. Apply castor oil or pure coconut oil around the eyes at night. You may wash it in the morning. Do not apply too much soap around the eyes. This will retain moisture of skin around the eyes and relieve itiching.

Please do not apply steroid oinments without consulting a doctor. Try and maintain lid hygiene, but gently cleaning your eyelashes with warm water (not hot). Avoid using any medication until seen by a registered medical practitioner.
