Dear Sam, It is unfortunate that your mother has started dementia behaviour. Olimelt will not solve the behavioural problems of dementia. Please get her dementia diagnosis confirmed by various blood, mri scans, eeg, eeg, neuropsychological battery etc. If the diagnosis is confirmed, may be cholinesterase inhibitor (donepezil) will be started. Please continue her bp and cholesterol tablets regularly.

Leg cramps after taking tablet might be side effect of that tab, make sure she drinks enough water (upto 2.5 to 3 liters unless there is any kidney issue) ,also coconut water can help relieve cramps if it's only related to dehydration or electrolyte deficiency and what about her blood sugar levels?

Hi, Is your mother physically active? It is very important that in old age the person do some kind of physical activity. Physical activity also improves memory power. Also they should mingle with the persons of their age either online or offline. They should not be left alone. About the leg cramps you should ask her treating doctor to change or adjust the medication.

I understand that this can be quite distressing but the good thing is that her condition is treatable with homoeopathy. For the prescription, I may have to take a detailed case history of the patient in a systematic homoeopathic way. In case you need me to help you through this, am just a call away. Take care :)
