But celacoxib a (nsaid) pain killer can be taken for three times a day after food for long period or as required if you feel pain decrease in two reduce to two n so on. Pan d one in empty stomach till you take the pain killer. Steroid can also given prednisolone 10 mg two times a day after food for ten days or more. Follow up must be done by md physician regularly. Don't worry. It's cureble. Healthy diet. Milk is must.

You have not mentioned test report. Most of them are benign. So don't worry. It will dissolve in 2-3 months. Or can take homeopathic medicine as well.
