Sir I need a small help please suggest me. I am from Nepal. My mom she is a mental patient her treatment is going on since 20 years from cip, Ranchi .her prescribed medicine was valparin chrono 500 mg but today I got valparin alkalets500 mg. I couldn't get the right prescribed medicine it's not available on our local clinic store which is 30 km away from my village and india borders are too far. What can I do for today please help me sir. I need your advice sir what to do for today.
