GLIMIMA 2 1-0-1 after food TAB. WYMET 500mg 1-0-1 after food TAB. BECONFORTE 0-0-1 after food But still blood sugar not coming down please suggest me how can we control sugar.

Mr Sudhakar, Looking at the details given about your mother, i find that present treatment is unlikely to benefit. She will have to be shifted on Insulin injections, otherwise there will be no control possible. You may not be very happy with my suggestion, but once HbA1c% goes beyond 8 or 9 % then oral drugs alone will not be able to give desired control. The reason is the beta cells have almost stopped producing insulin, hence oral drugs do not have any effect.
