Hello, Thanks for the query. Apple cider vinegar can be used by everybody including people with diabetes and other ailments. However, please keep in mind achieving a strict glucose control with appropriate medication, properly planned & restricted diet and regular exercise to maintain weight with in normal limit, these are very vital. Similarly since you have hypothyroidism, even TSH needs to be well controlled (between 3 to 4 mU/L). Similarly the lipids also need to be with in normal limits. As regards diabetes I am sure you are aware at your young age it is absolutely essential to maintain FBG< 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.5%.
