I am feeling upper back and middle back pain after c section. Whenever it comes my back feels like stiffed and I could not move and it get worsens and I have to rush to hospital where she gives diclofenac injection and pantop. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Hello lybrate-user, greetings, what I am getting from your explanation is that your pain is from base of neck to the slightly below the end of scapula. Such pain should not have any relation to c section. Get your vit d, vit b12 and magnesium levels checked. Correct your posture. Do shoulder exercises, as you must be holding baby multiple times a day which could be tiring. Correct posture while feeding the baby. Inj diclofenac is to be avoided to feeding mother unless very necessary. I hope it helps.
