Hi mri scan won't cost more than 5000- 10000 rupees depends on the place, better to do whole spine. Most of the times you r back pain is postural. Less likely pathological. If it's pathological, you should have back pain, but you r s is mainly upper and middle. Best is to get scan if you have suspicion.
