Recently had a dental surgery 2 days back, have stitches in gums. Couldn't eat normal food. I'm feeling too weak, after eating anything starts feeling uneasy. Loss of appetite too. Can I take any supplements? If yes, which one?

Hellop lybrate-user, its completely normal to feel low and weak after any type of surgery as our body's immune system is fighting against the infection. Your condition will start improving in a week. I am sure your doctor must have informed you about taking soft food and liquid diet till you feel comfortable to eat properly. You can take fruit juices and leafy vegetable juces along with normal daal rice. You can eat daliya or thuli to make up your required daily calories.
