Yes, you can if you cut it right in the middle - but check with your doctor as to why he has reduced the dosage. Reduction is a good sign if the doctor had prescribed it. I would strongly recommend that you do some therapy too along with the medication. There are a lot of emotional issues that will hamper your recovery or help you tremendously to get well. You need to be occupied, and fit into a routine of interesting activities every day. Yoga and meditation is also necessary to train your brain to be disciplined. Exercise always plays a stabilizing role and is the most holistic medicine besides. Since the mind is regularly perturbed by unreal fears, a reality check through counseling will help you discern fact from fiction. Your socializing and maintaining steady relations is the hallmark of a good recovery program. If I am to assume that there were no relapses, then that is a good sign too. This means that your condition has remained stable all of this time. Now go to the next level along with therapy and you can look forward to a more functional and productive lifestyle. Your age is in your favor too.

Yes, you can take it but you should check with your treating doctor that you need to reduce dose or not.

Depends whether it was a sustained relelase / extended release preparation or plain one. If it was an extended/sustained release preparation then it will lose its effectiveness as long term preparation by crushing it. So not recommended. (qutan sr) if it is a plain or immediate release preparation, yes you can crush it.
