Good afternoon sir. I am 33 years old. Developed white patches on face and limbs 3 months ago. Initial investigations reveals cbc, lft,rft, sugar profile, lipid profiles, sr electrolytes, sr. Cortisol, usg thyroid gland all are normal/ wnl. Tsh was above 60 miu/ml anti tpo antigens was above 600. Diagnosed as primary hypothyroidism and started eltroxin 100 mcg/day. White patches diagnosed as unstable vitiligo vulgaris for that I am currently taking prednisolone 20 mg twice in a week vitamin c 500 mg od cream tacrolimus and mometasone. Currently I have problems .weight loss, tiredness whole day, body ache. Before starting eltroxin therapy body weight was 54 kg. After three months it has reduced to 50. 5 kg. I am checking tsh on every 6 weeks initially it was above 60 after first 6 weeks 6.5 after second 6 weeks that is now .1.5 should I reduce the dose of eltroxin or keep continue @ 100 mcg/day?
