I am 47 year old and during corona positive treatment before 25 days, diabetes identified. Now I am okay except dry coughing and morning fasting glucose is getting around 110 to 120. Presently I am taking ecosprin av 150/20 in daily evening, glimestar 1 mg daily afternoon and corex dx. Please advice further treatment and alternative of corex dx to reduce sugar levels. Before corona positive, I had normal glucose levels.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. You have just given fasting glucose levels, there is no mention of after food glucose level and hba1c%. These two are required to understand how the condition is. Plus it is also necessary to know the dietary pattern extent of daily exercise and lipid profile. As regards medication, unless all the details are available no comment or suggestion can be made. For dry cough whatever medication you are on is fine. But for diabetes I need to know all the above points. Thanks.
