As far as treatment for your thyroid saut�s is concerned, it depends on both the tsh and free t4 levels as they are interrelated. For example -even if you have a high tsh but normal free t4 then you don't need eltroxin. Hi, yes your tsh re quite high so your eltroxin dose will be increased after proper consultation. And as far as vaccine is considered raised tsh levels will not effect efficacy of covid vaccine. Also no long term complications are noted in people with high tsh taking vaccine. So, kindly vaccinate yourself.
