And coming flashes and floaters and in night when I sleep and suddenly open my eye and in my vision sometimes coming black dot like buble what is that doctor pls tell my vision will loss permanently I am very scared.

Hello. Black spots can both be normal and abnormal. But the changes from normal to abnormal is so subtle that you need to be aware of the signs for the same. Before advising you anything, I would like to know if you have glasses? If yes, then what is the power? Since how many years you have them? Are you wearing them regularly? Do any of your family members have high power numbers or underwent any kind of eye surgery? Floating black spots are a normal phenomenon in 70-80 percent of people (i myself have those). It is a normal phenomenon called as vitreous degeneration. If there is sudden increase in the black spots then it can be part of a bigger problem. Your retina might have some issue in that case.
