Im a 28 year old male and I have a small painless hard lump on the lower side of my left leg at the bottom of my shin. It cannot be seen only felt. It has not grown in size since I noticed it around 3 months ago. My mother and sister have both suffered with cysts in their life. Could this be cancer?
