Hello. Brown spots anywhere over the body can have n number of diagnoses. It can range from just a simple nevus to a pre cancerous lesion. Clinical suspicion about a particular diagnosis can be arrived at by knowing the location, size, shades of its colour and multiple other factors. A picture of the same will be lot helpful.
