Hello mujhe 2no hip me jyada der baithne se dard shuru ho jata. Aur ye problem badhti ja rhi h. Mujhe letne me b takleef hoti h.par chalne me koi takleef nai hoti h.chalne se aaram milta h. Please help. Medicine kya le ki aaram aa jae.
