I am 40 years male with diabetes for around 4 years. I am taking gluconorm vg2 daily twice and my recent hba1c on 13/05/2021 is 5.6. My concern is for last 10 days my sugar levels are elevated to around 180+ fasting and around 250+ pp. I feel drowsy whole day and having vomiting tendency. Please help. I weight 82 kg and 5.7 in height and I follow low carb diabetic diet and exercise daily for 1 hour.
