I had bypass done in2013, having pulse between 50 -65, I am taking ciplar t b.d, tab nicardia retard 20 t.d.s, my b.p is under control but on reducing nicardia retard to b.d done evening and early morning b.p goes up, what drugs I should take in what dose.
