I'm using carbamazepine (200 mg) tablets from last many years due to my epilepsy. Now i'm pregnant one week. What should I do now?

Hello, 1. The first thing is to shift to the lowest dose possible of Carbamazepine, if you have not had seizure for 2-3 years try to taper it off. Get the level tested to confirm lowest pharmacologic level essential. Take Folic Acid supplement 4 mg /day.
