Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Your hba1c% is high, which means present treatment is not helping enough. Ideally in a well controlled diabetes patient's fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. So there is a need to look at overall treatment that includes your dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, present medication and need to upgrade, lipid profile, serum creatinine and urea (since age is not mentioned) plus your bmi is over 25.4 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter) which means your over weight with an excess of 9 plus kgs. So please come back with all the necessary details so that I can give specific suggestions. It is better if you come in a private conversation, where I can prescribe required medication. In this communication we are supposed to give general guidelines only. If not interested, please consult your local physician as there is a definite need for upgrading the treatment. Thanks.
