Respected sir im using panderm nm cream for my face as night cream thrice a week from 7 years but now I got know that cream is not safe for longer duration so im very scared so that what can I do now could you please help me out?

It is good thing you have stopped. Panderm contain potent steroid which should not be applied to face. It will temporary good feel appearance and become addicted, after some time the real show started like steroid induced acne, skin becomes thin and sensitive, telangecta ia etc. As you have not any problem at present, but you may feel that your skin become dull or lack of glow. But don't start again. You can use good sunscreen in the morning and some some skin brightening cream s which contains glutathione and some moisturizer.
