Please I have been taking m2tone and hyponidd to regularize my period. Am currently on cycle day 40 without period and preg test is negative. Ultrasound detected polycystic ovaries. As am taking the drug can I get preg without having my period?

These drugs don't affect pregnancy. Pregnancy will occur if your are ovulating. For that your previous menstrual cycle history is important.

If your pregnancy test is negative, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. However repeat the test again after one week since it might be a early pregnancy as well. Rest the above medicines you have mentioned are ayurvedic formulations which would take time to act to regularise your periods. Be consistent with the treatment.
