Firstly, wash the area thoroughly and maintain wound hygeine. Azithromycin eye ointment can be applied on the eyelid. She may also need oral antibiotics for the swelling and redness, to prevent any infection, but the dose will depend on her age. So, talk to a doctor personally for advice.
