Hi lybrate-user, consuming healthy foods will help you gain weight. Have a balanced diet comprising of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals as per your need. Include protein rich foods like fish, chicken, eggs, low fat milk and milk products, soy, legumes and pulses, sprouted legumes etc. Avoid long gaps between the meals. Do weight training exercises under proper guidance and take proper rest.
