46 year old female. Take med for hypothyroidism. Thyronorm 50 for almost 8 years. Almost two months back got sick with high pulse rate, 110/m, palpitation and tremor ,doctor prescribed ivabrad 5, was taking the med for 1.5 months and stopped afterwards as was prescribed. Now,i feel pounding heart almost everyday when I wake up in morning with a slight stressed in head. Even during the daytime feel the same .i feel no other problem related to heart ailment. Three months back I did eco 2d+ doppler but the report was normal. What should I do?

The you have described it appears that there is probably exceslybrate-userosage of levothyroxine, that might have led to higher level of t4 in your blood. Since there is no mention of either tsh or t4 levels, it is difficult to give any comments. Please check your thyroid function immediately and inform the results. Then I will be able to comment. If tsh goes < 0.5 mu/l, then one may develop hyperthyroidism like symptoms where there can increased heart rate and even palpitation (pounding heart). So please get the test done and report. Thanks.

Increased pulse rate and palpitations could be due to increased thyroid hormone synthesis. You need to check your tsh, free t3 and free t4 along with sodium, potassium and calcium. It could also be related to anxiety.
