It's been more than a month I have been diagnosed with syphilis and started treatment 3 weeks ago. Till now 2 dose of penicillin (2.4mu) has been taken. The vdrl test shows titles decreased from 1: 4 to 1: 2 in last three weeks. I had been asked to get hiv test done. What are the symptoms I can expect if I am hiv positive considering its been more than 90-100 days after getting exposed? A lymphocytes of 46% is in secondary syphilis.?

Hello, symptoms are dubious and not specific, so the best is to get naat duo test to rule out hiv conclusively. Naat tests for hiv require only 10 days post exposure to be accurate.
